For paid programs, cohorts, or services:

• Payment terms will be outlined at time of purchase

• Payment is due in full unless otherwise specified

• Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension of access

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

IMHMO reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

4. Digital Products & Program Access

When you purchase access to a digital program, cohort, or resource:

• Access is granted to you individually

• Login credentials may not be shared

• Program materials may not be copied, redistributed, or resold

IMHMO reserves the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

5. Community Conduct

If you participate in group programs, live calls, online communities, or messaging groups, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct

IMHMO reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMHMO shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, business, or personal opportunity

• Decisions made based on coaching content

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site and services.

7. No Guarantees

IMHMO makes no guarantees regarding:

• Income

• Career advancement

• Emotional or relational results

Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors.
