Tactical leadership strategy — the kind that actually holds.
You can't lead from a place you don't know exists. Before you can mother, partner, lead, or make a decision that's actually yours — you have to know your own values, your own signals, your own capacity. These are the offerings for the moments that tend to break that open.
You want strategy. I’ll give you strategy.
You’re in a leadership role — of a team, a company, a household, a project, or just a season of life that demands a lot of decisive, high-stakes action from you. You want real strategy: how to delegate without losing control of quality, how to handle conflict without avoiding it, how to stop being the bottleneck everything runs through.
I can give you all of that. But strategy that isn’t built on top of something solid in you doesn’t hold — it becomes another thing you’re managing, on top of everything else you’re already managing.

Book a Chemistry Call →Healing and growth, not band-aids.
This isn’t band-aid coaching. You’ll get the tactical tools, and we’ll also do the work underneath them — your values, your nervous system, your actual capacity, the patterns you default to under pressure.
That’s not a detour from the leadership work. It’s what makes the leadership work stick instead of needing to be re-taught every time you’re stretched thin. This is healing and growth, not just skill-building, because for most of the women I work with, that’s what was actually missing.
The logistics
Sessions are twice-monthly, 60 minutes, over Zoom, with async support by email or text in between. We build a rough roadmap early on, and once our work together concludes, I compile it into a field guide that’s yours to keep. Sessions don’t expire — anything banked just carries forward. No cancellation fees, no late fees, no penalty for rescheduling last-minute. This coaching space is a supportive, compassionate, spacious container for your growth, not one more thing on your calendar you have to perform punctuality for.
The short version
Think of it like a car. You’re driving — you decide where we go, when to turn, when to speed up or slow down or stop or even go back for a while. I’m in the passenger seat with the map. I might suggest we go left instead of right, or ease off the gas. We check the rearview mirror sometimes, because your history holds real information, but most of the journey is spent looking in the windshield, not the rearview mirror. Coaching facilitates growth the way an architect builds something new on an existing foundation. Most of what’s true about you is still there; we’re building on it, not digging it up.
No fixed curriculum
Every client’s journey is unique, and uniquely their own — I don’t run a fixed program or a single curriculum. Some models I find myself reaching for often: the Drama Triangle, the Bridges Transition Model, Internal Family Systems–informed work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the GROW model, and Co-Active coaching principles. Which ones show up, and how much, depends entirely on what’s actually true for you.
Why I do this work
I’m Coral Edwards, founder of IMHMO and an ICF-credentialed, evidence-based, trauma-informed coach. Before coaching, I ran marketing at Squarespace, Justworks, and Harvest for over a decade — I’ve led teams, sat through the leadership trainings, done all of it. Nothing leveled up my leadership like going through leadership coaching myself (hi, Reboot), which is where I was first introduced to the transformational power of coaching.
Today, I choose to work at the intersection of identity and leadership because I’ve lived both sides of it: leading people, and needing to lead myself first before any of it held.
