Nothing happened all at once. It just eroded, slowly, until you noticed.
You can't lead from a place you don't know exists. Before you can mother, partner, lead, or make a decision that's actually yours — you have to know your own values, your own signals, your own capacity. These are the offerings for the moments that tend to break that open.
The slow drift no one names.
There’s no single moment you can point to. Maybe there was a baby somewhere in the timeline, maybe there wasn’t — that’s not really the point. What matters is that something in your life used to fit, and stopped fitting, gradually enough that you couldn’t catch it happening in real time.
A marriage that quietly became a negotiation. A career that plateaued somewhere you didn’t choose. A version of yourself you slowly stopped recognizing, one small accommodation at a time. You’re not in crisis. You’re just misaligned, and the erosion has been happening for longer than you’ve been willing to admit.

Book a Chemistry Call →Clarity, then small, real experiments.
We start with real values-clarity — not a worksheet, an honest reckoning with what you actually want and need, maybe for the first time in a long time.
Then small, concrete experiments: scaffolding to test what alignment actually looks like in your life, your relationship, your work — without me stepping into those relationships directly. You do the living. I help you build the structure and stay honest about what you find.
The logistics
Sessions are twice-monthly, 60 minutes, over Zoom, with async support by email or text in between. We build a rough roadmap early on, and once our work together concludes, I compile it into a field guide that’s yours to keep. Sessions don’t expire — anything banked just carries forward. No cancellation fees, no late fees, no penalty for rescheduling last-minute. This coaching space is a supportive, compassionate, spacious container for your growth, not one more thing on your calendar you have to perform punctuality for.
The short version
Think of it like a car. You’re driving — you decide where we go, when to turn, when to speed up or slow down or stop or even go back for a while. I’m in the passenger seat with the map. I might suggest we go left instead of right, or ease off the gas. We check the rearview mirror sometimes, because your history holds real information, but most of the journey is spent looking in the windshield, not the rearview mirror. Coaching facilitates growth the way an architect builds something new on an existing foundation. Most of what’s true about you is still there; we’re building on it, not digging it up.
No fixed curriculum
Every client’s journey is unique, and uniquely their own — I don’t run a fixed program or a single curriculum. Some models I find myself reaching for often: the Drama Triangle, the Bridges Transition Model, Internal Family Systems–informed work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the GROW model, and Co-Active coaching principles. Which ones show up, and how much, depends entirely on what’s actually true for you.
Why I do this work
I’m Coral Edwards, founder of IMHMO and an ICF-credentialed, evidence-based, trauma-informed coach. My own matrescence broke me open first, but the deeper pattern I kept running into — in my own life and in nearly every client I’ve worked with — is slower and quieter than any single rupture: small accommodations that pile up until you don’t recognize the person making them anymore, with no single moment you can point to.
Our work together starts with grounded exploration of what spacious, self-nourishing fulfillment actually looks like for you specifically — not a generic version of “balance” — and moves into real strategies and experiments to grow into that person, that life, on purpose.
“Coral was amazing from day one. She asked thoughtful, non-judgmental questions that guided me on my journey. Her evidence-based tools gave me practical ways to put insights into action, helping me become more mindful and in tune with what my head and heart were telling me.”1:1 Coaching Client · Director of Product Marketing
