A pilot, offered at cost

This is the first round, and I'm pricing it at cost.

I'm piloting these office hours with a small first cohort of moms. The $89 is a pilot price, set at cost, so it's easy to say yes and honest feedback is easy to give. In return I'll ask you to tell me what worked and what didn't. The price, format, and schedule may change for future cohorts.

Why this exists

A plan is great. Doing it alone is hard.

Going back to work touches your sleep, your body, your relationships, and who does what at home. The guide gives you the plan. The office hours give you somewhere to bring it when real life gets in the way, and a few people who get it.

Not a class to keep up with. A room you can walk into when you need it.

What you'll walk away with

Clarity, accountability, and backup.

One

A plan that's actually yours

The printed field guide: an honest read on where you are, a home and childcare plan, a transition plan, and a 30-60-90 day plan.

Two

Accountability without pressure

Bring the one thing you're working on. Leave with your next small step and a reason to take it.

Three

Help with whatever is in front of you

A boundary to word, a hard conversation with your manager or partner, a plan for the week you're dreading.

Four

Other moms who get it

Hear how others are handling the same season. Small groups mean you can actually be heard.

How it works

Drop in when it helps. Skip it when it doesn't.

Format

Live drop-in office hours

From late October through February, you can join any session on the schedule. No set pace, no homework, no catching up. Reserve a spot ahead so we can keep groups small (6 moms max).

Schedule

Twice a month, 1 hour

Tuesdays at 10:30am ET (first week of the month) and Fridays at 3:00pm ET (third week of the month), November through February, plus a kickoff session Friday, Oct 30 at 3:00pm ET. The pilot runs through Friday, Feb 19, 2027. After you join, you'll get a code to reserve your spots.

Bring a question, a plan, or just the day you're having.

Who leads it

Coral Edwards, local Philly mom

I'm a mother of two and an ICF-PCC evidence-based coach. In 2018 I went back to work as the first birth parent in leadership in my company's history, with no transition plan. The guide is what I wish I'd had. These sessions are the company I wish I'd had too.

My approach draws on acceptance and commitment therapy, nervous system regulation, and behavior change.

What's IMHMO?

It stands for In My Humbly Honest Mom Opinion. It's my coaching and writing practice for moms: honest, specific, and never a hack.

Good to know

What this is, and isn't

Office hours are coaching and peer support. They are not therapy, medical care, or crisis support, and I'm not available between sessions. If you're struggling with your mental health, Postpartum Support International's HelpLine is at 1-800-944-4773 (call or text). In an emergency, call 911 or 988.

Terms

The fine print, in plain language

This is a pilot cohort. Once your guide has shipped, there are no cancellations or refunds. I want you to be satisfied, so please contact me at coral@coraledwards.com if there's an issue and we'll work it out. The pilot runs from the Oct 30 kickoff through Friday, Feb 19, 2027, and your office hours access covers the sessions on that schedule. If you join partway through, sessions already held can't be made up. Sessions are capped at 6 and are first come, first served.

Quick answers

Before you join

Why is it priced at cost?

It's a pilot. I want to learn what actually helps moms returning to work, and I'd rather learn it with a first cohort at an accessible price than guess. Future cohorts may be priced differently.

What's included for $89?

The printed Empower Your Return field guide, mailed to you with shipping included (US addresses), plus access to the live drop-in office hours for four months.

Do I have to come to every session?

No. Come to as many or as few as help. Your spot is yours to use any time over the four months.

How do I reserve a spot?

After you join, you'll get a code and a link to see the schedule and reserve a session. Each is capped at 6 so everyone gets time. If one is full, pick another or tell me and I may add one.

What if I'm not back at work yet, or already am?

Both work. Many members are planning their return, others are a few months in.

Will sessions be recorded?

No. Sessions are private so everyone can speak freely.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

Once your guide has shipped, there are no cancellations or refunds. I do want you to be satisfied, though, so if anything isn't right, email coral@coraledwards.com and we'll talk it through.

What if something is wrong with my guide?

Email coral@coraledwards.com and I'll make it right.

You don't have to figure out your return alone.

$89, offered at cost for this pilot cohort: the printed guide and four months of drop-in office hours with a small group of moms.
