Moms Deserve Better—And Here’s What Happens When They Get It

  • "As someone who fits the bill of a 'busy professional mom', I can attest that her services are invaluable. I would not just recommend, but would 1000% endorse Coral Edwards Coaching to anyone looking to make meaningful strides in their personal and professional journey. Whether you’re a mom trying to navigate the complexities of modern motherhood or a professional seeking a more fulfilling path (or both), Coral will guide you with empathy, expertise, and genuine passion."

  • “One year ago I found a coach and it’s been game changing. When it was suggested I find a coach, I wanted someone who understood startup marketing, and nearly exactly at that moment Coral posted that she was available. She’s an amazing coach. Now, I manage a team of three at OffSec and with help from my coach, I am a better leader, a better employee and a better mom."

  • "Coral offers a wonderful service to working mothers. She is a great coach; her sensitive listening skills have supported me through some internal struggles. I deeply value the time we spent together and the advances she helped me make in my career right as I was finishing a degree, being a mom to a three-year-old and discontent with a job that I had been at for less than a year. I wouldn’t be this far along in my goals or have this much courage to make without her support.”

Coaching Client | Scientist, Johnson & Johnson | Mom

  • “Listening to Coral felt like spoken poetry—I found myself nodding along the entire time. For the first time, I felt truly seen and heard. Her insights not only resonated deeply but also left me feeling grounded and empowered with a clear action plan to move forward.”

  • "I have recommended Coral to just about every human being who will sit still long enough for me to get the words out. As someone with a busy career and small children, I was feeling scattered and in need of more support, and Coral has helped incredibly. I look forward to our sessions, I think about them afterward and use them to make real changes in my life. Using Coral for coaching is a gift you can give yourself.”

Coaching Client | Physician, Penn | Mom

  • “I loved working with Coral! As a mom, my mind, my time, and my priorities were frustratingly fragmented. Coral always provided time and space for me to think through things, with gentle prompts. Overall, I ended up with the courage to go after the goals and ideas I had in my mind, and strategies to deal with all the concerns that I felt were stopping me before.”

Navigating a career, modern motherhood, and high-pressure workplaces isn’t just hard—it’s unsustainable without real support.

Sustainable change requires both systemic shifts and individual support. My coaching and training equip parents and organizations with the tools to build resilience, growth, and well-being that lasts.

Partnering with organizations to drive systemic change is central to my work. As an ICF-certified coach, I use an evidence-based approach to spark insights, foster growth, and create real transformation at both the personal and institutional level.

Hi, I’m Coral, founder of IMHMO.

After having two kids and returning to work, I felt lost—like I was supposed to be grateful, but instead, I was drowning. Over time, I rebuilt my identity, my purpose, and my vision for a life where motherhood and ambition could coexist. Now, I help other moms do the same.

I
coach moms to navigate the chaos of career, parenting, and self-discovery—helping them show up fully in every part of their lives, without losing themselves in the process. I partner with organizations to build workplaces that actually support moms (because retention and inclusion shouldn’t be an afterthought). I advocate for parental equity to drive real, systemic change. And as a speaker, I bring fire, truth, and tangible strategies to shift mindsets and workplaces alike.
Moms deserve better. Let’s make it happen.
